Terms
Market My Body is a marketplace. Athletes offer placements on their own body; brands buy them. We handle the payments and the page, and we take a 10% commission on each sale.
What an athlete agrees to
- You will actually take part in the event you listed, or tell us if you cannot.
- You will wear the logos of the sponsors holding your spots, as temporary tattoos or equivalent visible placement, for the duration of the event.
- You will not sell a placement you have already promised elsewhere, and you will not list a body that is not yours.
- You are responsible for declaring this income where you live.
What a brand agrees to
- The logo and link you upload are yours to use, and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Your placement may be removed at any time by another brand paying more, in which case you are refunded in full. Holding a spot is never permanent.
- Placements are not available for adult content, gambling, weapons, tobacco, or anything unlawful where the event takes place. We refund and remove without notice.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee an audience size, a result, a finishing time, or any commercial outcome from a placement. Follower counts on a campaign page are supplied by the athlete.
Ending an account
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Sponsors holding spots on a suspended campaign are refunded in full.
