What we hold

• Your email address, so you can sign in and so we can send receipts and refund notices.
• For athletes: the campaign details you type in, and a Stripe account identifier. Your identity documents and bank details go to Stripe, never to us.
• For brands: the brand name, tagline, link and logo you attach to a spot, all of which are public by design, plus the payment record.
• A count of page and spot views. No visitor profiles, no advertising trackers.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments and holds the card and identity data. Supabase hosts the database. Resend sends the emails. Vercel serves the site. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

What you can ask for

A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Write to hello@marketmybody.com and we will act within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.

Cookies

One cookie, holding your sign-in session. Nothing for analytics or advertising, so there is no consent banner to click away.
