Refund policy

You are outbid

Your bid is refunded in full, with no fees deducted, as soon as the higher tier is paid. You keep what the zone already gave you: the days of display, the views on your zone, the share visuals your logo appears in, and the posts that named you. Losing a zone costs you nothing.

No proof, or proof refused

If the athlete uploads nothing within seven days of the race, or if the proof is refused by our review, every sponsor of the campaign is refunded in full, automatically. The athlete receives nothing.

Race cancelled or athlete injured

The athlete declares it, every sponsor is refunded in full, and the campaign closes with no penalty for anyone.

Where the money sits meanwhile

Charged when you bid and held by the platform. Nothing is transferred to the athlete before a human has validated the post-race proof. This is what makes every refund above possible at any moment.

How long it takes

Refunds leave our side immediately and automatically. They reach your card in five to ten days depending on your bank. You never have to ask.
